Job Specification

Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Promote Toyota value-added services, including:
Toyota Protection Plan (TPP)
Life Cycle Cost (LCC)
Extended Warranty
Conduct customer follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and retention activities using CRM/MRS.
Monitor and conduct CSI, SSI, VOC, and other customer satisfaction surveys.
Coordinate with Sales, After-Sales, Parts, and Body Shop teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
Prepare customer-relations reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
Support Kaizen/continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with Toyota Customer Relations standards and dealership procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Minimum 16 years of education or equivalent

2–4 years of relevant experience
