Job Specification

Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Promote Toyota value-added services, including TPP, LCC, and Extended Warranty.
Conduct customer follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and retention activities through CRM/MRS.
Perform CSI, SSI, VOC, and other customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
Coordinate with Sales, After-Sales, Parts, and Body Shop teams to resolve customer concerns.
Prepare customer relations reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
Support continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives based on customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with Toyota Customer Relations standards and dealership procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Minimum sixteen years education or equivalent

Min 2 to Max 4 years
