Job Specification

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Administration and allied departments.
Ensure office supplies are adequately maintained by monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with vendors to maintain sufficient stock at all times.
Handle, manage, and resolve daily queries and complaints received from various departments.
Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage and process purchase orders received from different departments on a daily basis.
Ensure the office is fully stocked with necessary supplies and that all office equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate office events, including meetings, conferences, and other corporate activities.
Oversee special projects and monitor progress toward achieving organizational goals and objectives.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor, Manager, or Management.
